The stakes

Your customers already expect same-day. Today, only Amazon gives it to them.

Slow shipping quietly costs you the sale — and pushes repeat buyers to the one marketplace that can deliver fast. Building your own fast-delivery network was never realistic. So the volume leaks to Amazon.

25%

Carts lost to slow shipping

A quarter of shoppers abandon a cart specifically because delivery is too slow.

~5%

Of DTC brands can offer same-day

Almost no independent brand has the physical network same-day requires — until now.

$20+

What conventional same-day costs

Traditional same-day couriers charge enough per order to erase a small brand's margin.

What you get

Prime-level delivery, on your terms — not Amazon's.

Same-day at checkout

Nearby customers see a same-day rate you control — priced at parity with your standard shipping, shown only when we can actually deliver it.

More conversions, higher repeat

Faster delivery converts more carts and brings customers back. Speed is the feature that keeps them buying from you instead of the marketplace.

You keep the customer

Every order runs through your checkout, your brand, your data. Node is the infrastructure underneath — never a marketplace between you and your buyer.

No warehouse, no capex

No leases, no new hires, no software to build. Install the app, send one pallet, and Node handles placement, packing, couriers, and tracking.

The economics

Same-day that doesn't cost you a point of margin.

Here's what a typical $40 order actually costs you, all-in, across three ways to fulfill it. Node lands at the price of standard shipping — and unlike Amazon, you keep the customer relationship.

Amazon · referral + FBA + typical ads$15–17
Own store · traditional 3PL · 2–5 days$11–12
Own store · Node · same day≈ $10

Based on a $40 order. Each added unit costs about $5 more on Amazon and 50¢ at a node. Amazon also keeps the customer relationship; Node does not.

Before you commit

We show you your own numbers first.

Give us your customer export and we'll run it through our screening model — returning your metro demand index, subscription share, delivery-cost trajectory, and how your catalog would sit on a neighborhood shelf.

Then the launch is a controlled A/B: we route a slice of your local orders through Node and measure the lift in conversion and repeat against a held-out control. You decide from evidence, not a pitch.

Brand questions

The short answers.

Does this change my checkout?
No. Node adds a same-day option to your existing checkout for eligible addresses — your storefront, branding, and flow stay exactly as they are.
What does it cost me and my customer?
Your customer pays the same rate as your standard shipping — Node prices same-day at parity, so there's no premium. You set the rate, radius, and cutoff, and the unit is priced to keep your margin intact.
Which platforms do you support?
Shopify today, with a native app and carrier-calculated rates at checkout. Support for other carts follows — the model is cart-agnostic by design.
Where can I offer it?
We're live in New York City and Northern New Jersey and expanding by measured demand. You can install now and turn same-day on the moment your customers' area is covered — checkout is never affected for addresses we can't serve.
How long does it take to launch?
About two weeks from install to your first same-day order — most of which is us placing your inventory. There's no integration to build.
What about my existing 3PL?
Node works alongside it. Your 3PL keeps the bulk of your inventory; Node requests small "micro-replenishments" to neighborhood nodes for the local, same-day slice.

Put same-day on your store.

Send us your store and your metro. We'll come back with what same-day would look like for your customers — and what it would do to your numbers.
